Fudgey Double Choc Brownies (V, No Protein Powder)

Ingredients:
  • 100g banana, mashed
  • 40g dark chocolate, melted
  • 10ml coconut oil, melted
  • 20g almond meal
  • 20g coconut flour
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash banana until smooth.
  3. Add in the almond meal, coconut flour,  baking powder and cacao powder and stir to combine.
  4. In a separated bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil until they become a liquid.
  5. Stir well, and add to your brownie batter. 
  6. Continuing stirring all ingredients together while adding the milk.
  7. Once combined and you have a smooth, thick batter, pour into a lined brownie/loaf tin and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Devour fresh out of the oven if you like your brownies gooey, or refrigerated for a more dense, firm brownie!

Serves: 8 brownies
